Jorge Tigueros has led the company for more than six years, building stone, brick, and concrete work for homeowners and businesses in Connecticut and New York. It depends on the height, the length, and the material you pick. Block runs cheaper than natural stone, and taller walls often need an engineered design. We'll walk the site and give you a firm number in writing, for free.

Some work, yes. Concrete and mortar don't cure right in freezing temps, so pours and repointing usually wait for warmer days. Interior work, planning, and free estimates keep going year round. We'll tell you straight if your job should wait.

Yes. We work on single family homes, multi unit buildings, and commercial properties in Connecticut and New York. The scope changes but the standard doesn't. Same crew, same materials, and the same written warranty on the finished work either way.

A small brick repair might take a day. A full patio or a retaining wall usually runs several days to a couple of weeks. Weather and material delivery move the date, so we build the schedule into your written estimate.

Sometimes, yes. Retaining walls over a certain height, structural repairs, and chimney rebuilds often need one, and the rules change by town. Check with your local building department, and we'll tell you what we've run into on similar local jobs.

Bluestone is real quarried stone, cut and set piece by piece. Cultured stone is manufactured veneer that mimics the look for less money and less weight. Bluestone lasts longer outdoors. Cultured stone works well on vertical surfaces and column faces.

Both. Estimates are free with no obligation, and every finished project comes with a warranty. We're also insured. Ask for the warranty terms in writing when you get your estimate, so everything is clear before any work starts on site.

That's repointing. The old mortar gets ground out to a set depth, then new mortar goes in and gets tooled to match. Done right it lasts decades. Done wrong with the wrong mix, it can damage the brick face itself.
